Celebrating our 60th Anniversary, The Guild is proud to welcome you to the 35th Designer Showhouse! Built by Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, the Showhouse highlights the creative talents and innovative ideas of 16 of Northeast Florida’s most prominent designers, as well as design students from the Art Institute of Jacksonville.

Located in Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, the Nocatee Preserve encompasses 2,400 acres of breathtaking pristine land… a rare area of undisturbed old Florida flora and fauna. The magnificent 5,000 sq. ft. show home is situated within the gated community of Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, nestled among the tranquil preserve creating an idyllic setting for the Designer Showhouse.
