2011 DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE
“Southern Grandeur”
Welcome to the 2011 Designer Showhouse, which we feel lends itself to this year’s theme of “Southern Grandeur!
We present this Showhouse as a thank you to the community we serve. The house reflects the warm and welcoming southern traditions we enjoy. Life moves a little slower; it’s calmer, happier and a lot more peaceful here.
We express our gratitude to everyone who has helped us showcase this superb event in our beautiful city. Our sincere gratitude to our Showhouse committee members and the countless hours they have worked to open the doors Thank you to the extremely talented designers who have demonstrated their remarkable ability and interpretation of this unique home.
While at this year’s Showhouse, please visit the Showhouse Boutique and The Village Shops. We’re also very proud of our Guest Speaker Series and their varied topics. Keep in mind as you walk around the show home that, not only is the estate for sale, but most of the furnishings, artwork and accessories can be purchased at the Designer-After-Sale on April 25th.

SHOWHOUSE VOLUNTEERS
As you tour the Showhouse, you’ll no doubt notice all of the ladies and gentlemen dressed in black and white. These are our precious volunteers!
Many of our volunteers have volunteered for the Showhouse for many, many years. They come from all walks of life, all ages, all ethnicities, and all areas of the First Coast, Georgia and the Carolinas. They drive many miles and donate many hours. They are dedicated to arrive early for duty in order to familiarize themselves with design and architectural details throughout the Showhouse in order to make your visit a memorable event. We sincerely thank each and every one of them; for without our volunteers, there would be no Designer Showhouse!
